Providers Roberta Pytlik, LPCC, LMAC, and Tim Clark, MA, LPCC, LMAC, are committed to helping individuals in our community work toward wellness, stability, and connection through individual therapy.
Our providers value collaboration, education, and harm reduction and focus on integrative approaches to meet each individual where you are — and work with you to get you where you want to be.
We know it's hard to take the first step (or seventieth!) to get into therapy — and it's a big deal that you even made it as far as seeking our a provider for support. Between the pressures of everyday life and the struggles that come with mental health concerns, it can be easy to lose the forest in the trees. Therapy is one trailhead you can go down with someone like us to learn healthier coping strategies, figure out what you're dealing with mentally or emotionally, and begin seeing the forest.
